OETC has a strong track record fundraising from trusts and foundations and statutory contracts. The Senior Development Manager is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in the strategic development of new income streams, including individuals and corporates, as well as growing existing sources of income. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a creative and ambitious organisation and to shape its future.

We welcome applications from candidates that are considering taking the next step in their fundraising career and who are moving into their first senior leadership role. The Senior Development Manager will be supported to flourish in this new role by our CEO and Development Committee, which is made up of expert fundraisers from across the arts and social welfare sectors. Whilst they will be expected to work autonomously across at least one income stream, experienced members of the Development Committee will be available to help them develop any skills required to successfully implement fundraising activities where they may have less experience.

OETC aims to encourage a culture where people can be themselves and be valued for their strengths and we want our team to represent the same diversity of our participants, audiences and artists. We are keen to hear from a diverse range of candidates from all backgrounds drawing on different perspectives, experience and knowledge. We particularly want to encourage people to apply for this role who have lived experience of being affected by addiction and those who are representative of the diverse communities we serve.
